Black Tie Portraits have photographed many Charity events for both local & national Charities, helping them raise much needed funds in the process. We photograph different types of Charity events, such as Charity Balls, Charity Dinners, Charity Golf Days, Charity Team Building Days, Charity Fun Run, Charity Quiz Nights, Charity Auctions, Charity Fancy Dress Parties, and many other Charity events & functions.
For Charity Balls we set up a mobile studio, with backdrop, at the venue and take small groups, couples and individual portraits. Photographs are viewed on a computer screen, purchased, printed and mounted; the customers take them at the end of the evening.
We can provide you with a raffle / auction prize to help raise additional funds.
We can provide selected images for use for news releases and websites to help promote your charity event, at no extra charge.
We arrive at the venue one and a half hours before guests are due to arrive to set up. We need an area of at least 12 feet x 14 feet to set up the studio and sales table. We also need mains electrical power for our equipment. The photographs that we print on the night are 8x6 inches in size. We can take cash or debit card payments at the venue (card payments subject to wifi connection being made available to us). Other print sizes are available from our website where your event photographs are available for purchase, usually within 48 hours of the event, which provides convenient global access to images, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Prints are presented in attractive strut mounts and bags, ready to take home with you.
A small deposit is taken at the time of booking to secure the date. This is fully refundable when we sell a minimum of 30 prints on the night, to make sure your event is profitable for us to photograph.
